What is the BAUER MVP Loyalty Program?

The BAUER MVP Loyalty Program is Bauer Hockey’s loyalty points program.  By creating a BAUER MVP Account on bauer.com, you will automatically become a Tier 1 Member and unlock Tier 1 benefits.  The Member Benefits you will enjoy across the Tiers of the BAUER MVP Loyalty Program are based on the number of Points you’ve earned in the preceding Tier Term (generally, 365 days).  You can earn Points by making Qualifying Purchases of Bauer Hockey merchandise at authorized retail stores or online at bauer.com, as well as by participating in other Point activities offered by BAUER in connection with the Program. Become a BAUER MVP today! It’s fun, it’s free, and you’ll get rewarded for loving hockey.

How much does this program cost?

Joining the Bauer MVP Loyalty Program is free for eligible participants. All you have to do is create an account on bauer.com and accept the BAUER MVP Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions.

How do I join? 

Eligible participants can create an account at bauer.com, accept the BAUER MVP Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions, and you’re in.  Already have an account on bauer.com? Log in, confirm your eligibility and accept the BAUER MVP Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions. Please choose the email address that you sign up with carefully. Once your account is created, your email address and the points associated with your BAUER MVP Loyalty Program account cannot be changed or points
transferred to a different account.

Who can join the BAUER MVP Loyalty Program?

The BAUER MVP Loyalty Program is generally open to legal residents of the U.S. and Canada who are 16 years of age or older. Those individuals who meet the eligibility requirements but are under the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence must have permission from their parent or legal guardian to join.  Employees, officers, directors, commercial and non-commercial entities, or other individuals or groups with a recurring discount from Bauer Hockey are not eligible for the BAUER MVP Loyalty Program. Please refer to the BAUER MVP Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions for more information.

What do I get for joining? 

New members enter the Program at the Tier 1 “Rookie” level and get to enjoy early access to seasonal sales on the bauer.com, free returns on bauer.com (excluding bulky items, items with surcharges, or other items having additional return shipping costs) and 5 “shots” during a Promotional Period, which are entries you can submit to your choice of BAUER MVP sweepstakes that are offered during that Promotion Period, depending on you’d like to try to win. Once you are in the BAUER MVP Loyalty Program, you cannot fall below the Tier 1 level.

Can I merge accounts or transfer Points to another Account? 

No. Merging Accounts and/or sharing Points between multiple Accounts is not permitted. Please be aware of this, and make sure that you are logged in to your proper Account as you purchase on bauer.com or upload in-store receipts to the BAUER MVP program. 

In which countries is the Bauer MVP Loyalty Program available? 

The BAUER MVP Loyalty Program is available in the U.S. and Canada. There are some differences in the Program for U.S. and Canadian Members, including the number of Points earned for different activities and for purchases, and the number of Points required to achieve a higher Tier status.  Please refer to the BAUER MVP Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions for full details.

How do I earn Points?

The BAUER MVP Loyalty Program’s versatility allows you to earn loyalty Points in many different ways. From subscribing to marketing emails and SMS text messages, to following our social media channels and more. You can also earn Points by making Qualifying Purchases of BAUER merchandise on bauer.com or uploading receipts with showing those Qualifying Purchases BAUER equipment and apparel from one of our authorized retail partners. For every $1 you spend, you earn 1 point (rounded down). Please read the BAUER MVP Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions carefully on how to submit in-store purchases for loyalty Points consideration. On occasion, there may be participation in
other special programs and promotional offers announced by BAUER that may also
offer opportunities to earn Points. 

What can I do with my Points?

BAUER MVP Loyalty Program Points do not have any cash value and cannot be redeemed or exchanged.  Instead they accumulate over a rolling 365-day period to unlock different levels of Member Benefits depending on the Tier your Points place you in. The higher your Tier level, the more Member Benefits you will enjoy. An advantage of moving up in Tier is to earn more “Shots” for each Promotional Period.  “Shots” are entries into a BAUER MVP Loyalty Program Sweepstakes.  There will be different Sweepstakes offered each Promotional Period, allowing you to choose from a selection of different Rewards – you get to enter what you’d like a chance to win the most.  Visit the BAUER MVP Loyalty Program page to view all of the Member Benefits you are eligible for at by each Tier level. How long will my Tier / Member Benefits last? 

You will get to enjoy all of the Member Benefits of your assigned Tier level for a full 365 days (a “Tier Term”), starting on the day you join or advance to that particular Tier, but if you reach the Points threshold for the next highest Tier during that Tier Term, you will automatically re-start a new 365-day term in the higher Tier – where you will enjoy those same Member Benefits plus additional ones. See the BAUER MVP Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions for more details.

How do I maintain my Tier / Member Benefits at the End of a Tier Term?

To maintain your status in Tier 2 or higher at the end of your current Tier Term, you must have earned enough Points within that Tier Term to qualify for that Tier for another Tier Term (365-day period). Otherwise, you will move to the Tier level associated with the number of Points you did earn within the ending Tier Term. Note that the minimum Tier level is Tier 1. No Member can fall below Tier 1, and will always get to enjoy the Member Benefits of Tier 1.

How long does it take for me to see my Points?

The actual time it takes for Points to be processed and to appear in a Member’s Account varies on the activity and current Member activity levels.  Sponsor strives to post updated Points totals earned by Members within approximately 24-48 hours after the Member completes most activities or action (such as creating an account, completing a social follow as directed, making a Qualifying Purchase on bauer.com, etc.), but Receipts submitted from in-store Qualifying Purchases made at a Bauer authorized retailer may take longer - around 10 days - to be processed, assessed, approved
before Points are reflected in your account. 
   

How do I earn Points on my purchases? 

Members can earn Points by making Qualifying Purchases of Bauer merchandise on Bauer.com. Make sure you are signed into your BAUER MVP Loyalty Program Member Account on bauer.com before checking out online to ensure your Points apply to your Account. 

Members may earn Points by making Qualifying Purchases of Bauer merchandise at an authorized Bauer retailer (“Third Party Retailer Purchases”). To earn Points for Third Party Retailer Purchases, within 30 days of purchase, the Member must log in to their account on bauer.com and use the scanning tool to upload the original receipt from the purchase that clearly identifies the name and address of the authorized retailer, the Bauer merchandise purchased (either by item name or
item number), the purchase price, and the date of purchase.  All receipt and Points awarded in connection with Third Party Retailer Purchases are subject to verification. 

Do all purchases of BAUER products earn BAUER MVP loyalty points? 

A qualifying purchase includes any first hand purchase of new BAUER product (i.e., second hand purchases or previously used Bauer product do not qualify) via bauer.com or an authorized retailer, subject to limited exclusions set forth in Section E.1.g.iv of the BAUER MVP Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions.

What are “Shots” in the BAUER MVP Loyalty Program?

You can think of “Shots” as the number of entries you have to use during each Promotional Period
that occurs.  There will generally be more than one Sweepstakes in a Promotional Period.  You have control over which Sweepstakes you want to enter each Promotional Period – you can submit you’re your Shots into a single Sweepstakes to have more chances to win a particular Reward (prize) that
intrigues you, or you can spread your Shots across multiple Sweepstakes for chances to win different prizes. As a Member of the BAUER MVP Loyalty Program, each Tier level grants you a certain number
of “Shots”. The higher the Tier level you are in during a Promotional Period, the more “Shots” you have to use to enter any of the current Bauer MVP Sweepstakes offered during that Promotional Period. All Sweepstakes are subject to the Official Rules found here and the specific terms for the applicable Sweepstakes.

What is a “Promotional Period”?

Every few weeks, a new BAUER MVP Promotional Period will begin. A “Promotional Period” simply means that a new collection of loyalty Sweepstakes has dropped and is available for Members to enter. During a Promotional Period, as a loyalty member, you can take all of the “Shots” (aka sweepstakes entries) that you have, and you can decide into which of the different Sweepstakes you want to enter your Shots depending on which Rewards you hope to win and how many chances you want to apply toward each Reward.

How many Shots do I have in a Promotional Period?

The number of “Shots” or entries that you have is determined by the Tier level you are in in the BAUER
MVP Loyalty Program. If you join the BAUER MVP Loyalty Program during the middle of a Promotional Period OR you upgrade your Tier in the middle of a Promotional Period, you will earn the incremental shots for your new status once the points are reflected in your account.  Should your Tier Term end in the middle of a Promotion Period and you go down in your Tier level, you will be able to keep the number of Shots you had as of the beginning of the Promotional Period, but the number of Shots you have will reflect your lower Tier in the next Promotional Period (unless your Points increase to the next Tier level during that next Promotional Period).

How should I use my Shots?

With every new Promotional Period, you are in control of your chances to win different Rewards being offered!  You can decide to place all of your “Shots” into one Sweepstakes with a unique Reward that you really want to win, or you might want to decide to spread out your chances and put a few Shots into all of the Sweepstakes in that Promotional Period.  The choice is yours!

Can I move my Shots if I change my mind?

Yes! As long as the Sweepstakes Entry Period for the Sweepstakes you already entered has not closed, and the Sweepstakes Entry Period for the Sweepstakes you want to enter still open, you can add or remove Shots to and from any of the open Sweepstakes in the same Promotional Period. You can also leave and come back as many times as you like and move your Shots around, which the Sweepstakes Entry Periods remain open. That said, once a Sweepstakes is closed or a Promotional Period ends, your Shots are officially locked and can no longer change.

Can “Shots” be banked and rollover across Promotional Periods?

No. Any unused Shots in a Promotional Period will not accumulate or rollover into the next Promotional Period. When a new Promotional Period opens, you will be given a new allotment of Shots based on your Tier level at the start of that Promotional Period. So it is in your best interest to use all of your Shots in every Promotional Period window. Be sure to sign up for our email and SMS messages to stay up to date about the BAUER MVP Promotional Period windows and more. We do this because we want you to make the most of enjoying the BAUER MVP Loyalty Program.

Where do I go to enter a BAUER MVP Sweepstakes?

Once you have accepted the BAUER MVP Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions, your bauer.com account also serves as your BAUER MVP Loyalty Program Account. So log in at bauer.com and click the BAUER MVP link to see your Member and Account status. On that same page, you will be able to perform all actions related to the BAUER MVP Loyalty Program, from seeing the available Sweepstakes in the current Promotional Period, to entering your Shots for the current Promotional Period, to uploading new receipts, and earning Points through authorized activities.

How are the BAUER MVP Sweepstakes winners
selected?

The winner(s) for each BAUER MVP Loyalty Program Sweepstakes is selected by a random draw from all of the eligible entries for that particular Sweepstakes. Your chances of winning depend on the number of “Shots” entered in that Sweepstakes. For more information on how the Bauer MVP Loyalty

How does the free returns Member Benefit work?

Free returns on products purchased on bauer.com (excluding bulky items, items with surcharges, or other items having additional return shipping costs, as indicated on the Bauer Website) is available to all BAUER MVP Loyalty Program members. Please be sure to create your bauer.com account and become a BAUER MVP Loyalty Member before placing an order to qualify for free returns on eligible merchandise automatically. If you were not a BAUER MVP Loyalty Member at the time of purchase, you must call customer service to make a free return if you subsequently become a Member.

How does the Free Shipping Member Benefit Work?

Tier 2 Members enjoy every day Free Shipping over $99 (excluding bulky items, items with surcharges, or other items having additional return shipping costs, as indicated on the Bauer website) and Tier 3 Members enjoy every day Free Shipping, no minimum, (excluding bulky items, items with surcharges, or other items having additional return shipping costs, as indicated on the Bauer website).
